Proctor & Gamble
Modern mime characters "Proctor & Gamble" look like your average astute businessmen but looks are deceiving. Equipped with
briefcases, mini-bicycles, and attitude, they create atmosphere. You can never guess what is in their briefcases, often
hand-cuffed to a wrist, but when the secrets are revealed, you can bet everyone is attentive. Absurd and bizarre, a new art!
Silent but powerful. "Proctor & Gamble" make nothing into something more!
These two characters have taken on a life of their own and created an additional series of set pieces and interludes each
distinguished by Anti-Gravity's strong modern clown influence. Premiering at the 2001 Waterloo International Street Theatre
Festival in collaboration with New Zealand's Anti-Gravity Theatre's director, Martin Ewen, in a piece called
"Fly-Fishing"
